Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Drain and cut tofu into pieces. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to obtain a smooth texture.
3. Poor mixture into a baking pan, introduce the baking pan into another one adding water in between to make a water bath effect.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
5. Let cool down. Cut with a knife into 8 equal pieces at room temperature and refrigerate.
