Healthy Muesli Slice
An easy and very healthy slice.
||Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
||Add all ingredients in recipe order to a large bowl. Mix together until combined. Chocolate chips are optional.
||Press mixture into 28cm x 22cm baking paper lined tray/silicone tray (or around that size). If it's a silicone tray, place another baking tray underneath so the mixture doesn't wobble.
||Bake in the oven at for 25-30 minutes, depending on how big the tray/silicone tray is.
||Leave to cool in the tray until completely cold.
||Take mixture (on the baking paper) out of the tray. Slice into desired pieces then leave on baking tray and place in the fridge for about 1 hour or until hard.
||After the hour in the fridge, take out pieces and place in an airtight container to store in the fridge. Careful they might still be crumbly!
