Roasted vegetables - alkaline friendly.

1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup butternut pumpkin, cubed
1 tsp garlic salt
1 dash himalayan salt
1 cup beetroot
1 <span class="measurestring" title="large (larger than 5.5 cm dia, raw)">large</span> kumara
1 cup parnsip, cubed
Directions
Cube all vegetables into bite size pieces, pop into a big bowl and pour coconut oil over, mix around to coat.
Pop on a tray, season, and bake at 180 °C for 50-60 minutes, till done to your liking.
