A classic potato salad, a great accompaniment to many meals.
50 ml parmesan caesar dressing
46 g capsicum
22 g spring onions
42 g radishes
657 g potatoes
Boil potatoes until cooked but still slightly firm.
Once potatoes are cooked, remove from heat and allow to cool.
While potatoes are cooling, finely chop the radishes, spring onions and capsicum.
Put all ingredients into a large mixing/salad bowl and stir through the dressing.
